"Yes! Yes! We’re thrilled with our new window treatments! (Sorry we haven’t responded — visiting relatives, life, etc.) Such a simple thing, but they bring so much peace and comfort to our home. "Cory comes, does the measurements, brings samples so you can see what the materials will look like. Then Gary, her husband does the installation, and does a great job. I was very happy with the results, even though I thought I wanted a different kind of window covering. Cory was able to explain why that would not do what I wanted it to do, and in a way that the other person who came to give me an estimate was not able to do.
Wow, I now have my dream window treatments! I waited two years after remodeling to be sure to do my windows the right way. I couldn't have chosen a better team to help me. Gary and Cory have both been instrumental in assisting me in achieving the most beautiful elegant gorgeous window treatments! I did woven woods in the kitchen, plantation shutters in my bedroom, roman shades in the bathroom and living room and magnificent shimmering sheers which compliment stunning draperies mounted on exquisite wrought iron rings and rods in the dining room and living room. I admitted to Gary (Who was fantastic -- so nice and professional!) that I had been quite nervous about spending this amount of money, after just having bought the house, appliances, etc. on drapes, but I'm pleased with how everything turned out. "My Husband and I planned on purchasing
window treatments for our entire house. We
contracted with a provider and started with
our downstairs. We had ideas of our own but
were also looking for ideas and input from
our provider. When the drapes were being installed,
problems presented themselves immediately.
The drapes were not done to our specifications,
and had to be taken down and resewn several
times, nor was the quality of the drapes up
to our expectations. We canceled our contract
with the provider, and then I called Cory.
What a difference! Cory brought to the table
lots of ideas, discussed our ideas with us,
and had a selection of drape fabrics that
blew us away. We didn't know what little selection
our other provider had until we met with Cory.
She not only helped us select great drapes
for every room, she helped us make our house
a home. Cory also offered other decorating
ideas that we didn't anticipate, i.e., rugs,
wall accessories, pillows. And then there's
Gary. Talk about making installation a breeze!
You wouldn't guess he is a one man operation!
He really worked hard to make sure we had
our drapes installed when he said they would
be installed and made sure he followed through
on any punch-list items as soon as possible.
It was a pleasure to work with both of them,
and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

"I was so amazed to see the final fabulous window dressings that the Jacoby's did for our master bedroom suite. Cory was able to pull together all of the custom bedding, complete with all the fabulous pillows with trims, and coordinate that look with the new silk interlined drapery that Gary so wonderfully installed for us. Our bedroom looks like it belongs in a hotel, which is exactly what I had asked her to do. I am so thrilled with the Jacoby's that I am going to refer them to all of my friends.......excellent work!"

"My experience
with Jacoby Company began out of desperation…
After buying a new home, I went through several
interior decorators and quickly became fed
up! I was about to give up and live in my
partially furnished house but realized I at
least needed some window treatments. I contacted
a couple of window treatment companies and
set up consultations.
After meeting with several people, my next
appointment was with Cory Jacoby. By this
point, I was so frustrated I considered cancelling
the appointment and just putting sheets over
my windows - but I kept my appointment and
within minutes of meeting Cory, I realized
there was hope after all! She listened to
what I wanted and offered various suggestions
that she thought I would like. Cory was not
pushy, but she definitely let me know when
she felt strongly about what would and would
not look good in my house.
Even though I liked Cory and felt confident
that with her help I had my the right selections,
I decided to do one room only. I feel very
strongly about customer service and professionalism
and did not want to invest a lot of money
into a company that did not have great customer
service. Within weeks I received a call to
install my new window treatments. Gary Jacoby,
who did the installation, was great. He worked
with me on exactly where I wanted everything
placed and even returned when I later changed
my mind about the placement of my drapes!
Since then I have worked with Cory and Gary
on the rest of my house, and I have been completely
satisfied every step of the way. Everyone
